Registration

The Pemi Youth Center serves youth ages 9-17, however not all locations serve youth as young as 9. Please see below for site-specific registrations.

2020 Update:

*Due to the new guidelines and restrictions put in place by the governor, we are limiting the amount of people that are able to be inside of the building. With this new guideline we have set up a new system to sign your youth up for specific days that we are open. We have forms that need to be completed and submit in order for your youth to participate in the program. All youth’s folders should be up to date as well.
