Our facility, located on Main Steet in Plymouth, was once occupied by the town firehouse in the late 19th and early 20th century. More recently it was known as the Mountain Media Building, which published the local Record Enterprise newspaper.
The Pemi Youth Center was founded in the fall of 1999 by Glenda Toomey, when she saw an opportunity to provide a nurturing and enriching environment for local youth to gather outside of school, and continues to empower the youth of Plymouth and surrounding communities.
