Jessica (Jess) Dutille, Executive Director
Jess came to Plymouth in 1999 as a first year student at Plymouth State University (PSU), and she accepted the executive director position at PYC in 2005. She also serves as the Manger of High Impact Learning in the Center for Business and Community Partnerships at PSU and is a Teaching Lecturer in the Department of Elementary Education and Youth Development, where she has been teaching the Mentoring and Empowering Youth course since 2006. Jess co-founded the Faith, Hope And Love Foundation of NH in 2006 along with Laura Brusseau, which is an organization that supports children and youth throughout the state. Jess graduated with her B.S. in Marketing in 2003 and her MBA in 2004, and she is currently a doctoral student in the EdD program. Jess is passionate about inspiring youth on their journeys of growth as they develop their unique capabilities and create meaningful connections throughout the community. Jess lives in Plymouth with her partner, Bryan and their three children.
Samantha (Sam) Diemand, Associate Director
Sam came to Plymouth in the fall of 2010 as a Plymouth State University student. She started at PYC as a volunteer with a 30 hour service learning requirement and immediately fell in love. She was hired as the Site Director in 2014 and has served as the Associate Director since 2015. Sam graduated PSU with a B.S in social science in 2014 and will graduate with her MEd in school counseling May 2018. She currently lives in Thornton, NH with her dog Vinny.
